Antarctica is an entire continent, and not owned by one single governing body. There are seven countries with a presence on Antarctica, three of these (Australia, New Zealand and Norway) use their national flag to represent their territory, while the others (Argentina, Chile, France and the United Kingdom) have an Antarctic specific flag. As such, Antarctica has no official flag. The only official flag in use represents the Antarctic Treaty System, an agreement between 54 countries to ban military activity and preserve the continent for science. Many proposals have been submitted to be used as the official flag, the latest being the "True South" design in 2018, which is quickly gaining popularity.
The most commonly used proposal as a flag for Antarctica is the 1996 Graham Bartram design. It uses the same white and blue combination as the United Nations, symbolizing neutrality.
In Antarctica, dialling codes depend on the country that owns base you are trying to call, there is no single dialling code.
